1. What do Miss Piggy and Woody Allen have in common?

Woody Allen is quoted as saying:

“Basically my wife was immature. I’d be at home in the bath and she’d come in and sink my boats.”

(Pa da dum)

Miss Piggy (yes Miss Piggy, I actually found this quote by Miss Piggy) puts in her 2 cents worth by saying;

“Only time can heal your broken heart, just as only time can heal his broken arms and legs.”

Based on these quotes, I’d say these 2 could use a Relationship Make Over. This issue of MAGIC is devoted to LOVE and lovers, single, married or otherwise.

“All the world loves a lover.”

2. Speaking Announcement:

If you are single and live in Colorado or know of someone single who lives in Colorado and is looking to meet other singles, there is a lively event happening. 4. 2 for 1 Special – Compatibility Analysis Offer

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find, all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” Rumi

Most blocks that people have are buried pretty deep. So deep they aren’t even aware of what they are. They are in the subconscious mind. Often, you won’t know why the same patterns keep repeating themselves and you may be frustrated that you can’t get what you REALLY want. Find the subconscious barriers standing between you and your desires.

*Your handwriting reveals these core barriers.*

We all have them. We all have good and ‘ungood’ traits in our writing.

My expertise is in spotting the block and then offering coaching that includes graphotherapy to help you create a new paradigm shift for your life and for yourself. It really does work, it really can happen. This is a powerful tool. Affirmations are fine but if you are unaware of what the real block is inside and you don’t believe what you are affirming, then lets get past it so you can engage the Law of Attraction with the blocks removed and what you want is free to come in. And always…..with joy. For the month of February only……..you can get a 2 for 1 mini analysis (yours and someone else’s) This offer expires Midnight February 28th, 2009. “I have a dream…”Martin Luther King’s Handwriting

January 19, 2009 by thehandwritingexpert

mlk-bo-al-smallmartinlutherkingjr1

This year more than usual, Martin Luther King Jr. Day is up,  foremost and center.

President-elect Obama is calling all to volunteer and serve, millions of Americans are expected to honor Dr.  King and step up to find ways to volunteer on this day.

“I have a dream…”  will live on in infamy.

Let’s take an up close and personal look at Dr. King’s signature:

To the trained and untrained eye alike, what stands out most is the seemingly flamboyant lower loop;  the “g” in the name King.

The length of this lower loop is long!

What is fascinating to discern is the layer of meanings found within just the signature alone. In fact there are layers of information in the “g” alone.

One of the things the length of lower loops tells us is how the writer response to authority. The long length tell us of his drive and his unwillingness to buckle to authority that went against his principles.

<!–[if gte vml 1]> <![endif]–><!–[if !vml]–><!–[endif]–>

This is clearly not a man who would bow down to the status quo or to The Man (authority.) See how long the g goes down below the baseline before it begins to curl into the lower loop? The long lanky length of this tells us the writer desires adventure, resists routine and confinement and if allowed to work at their own pace can most certainly excel.

martinlutherkingjr2

By the time the vertical part of the lower loop begins to curve, it curls in the opposite direction of what it is supposed to – revealing hurt and a betrayal.

What is fascinating, and important, is what Dr. King does with this emotional pain. He turns it into a creative solution (noted by the triangle in that lower loop) and one that he is utterly devoted to (as is noted by the figure 8 in that same lower loop)

He does feel the betrayal of his brothers, both black and white who have used prejudice to  perpetrate violence as a means to an end; but he uses this to fuel a creative solution, again as can be seen by the triangular effect. The loop does manage to come up and over most of his last name, King, forming a protective covering, no doubt symbolizing the desire to protect his family.

As you can discern from the information just given, when triangles are found in handwriting it means the writer has a creative ability; an eye for design, in this case many factors lead up to a man with a Vision. The figure 8’s when seen in handwriting denote dedication.

An important side note: anything found in one’s signature carries up to 3-5 times the weight of importance compared to the rest of the body of one’s handwriting.

The height of the upper zone letters found in his name additionally tell of King’s pride and unwavering belief in what he believed to be right.

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that.

Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.

Martin Luther King, Jr.

The slant of his writing bears right, and all handwriting students everywhere knows this to mean he followed his heart and the wisdom that lay therein.

The things discovered in Dr. King’s handwriting carry great emphasis and point to a man who is intent on living his principles.

1.Knowing what you want and getting it – Your 2009 Treasure Map
2.January 10th workshop in Colorado
3.Favorite Dog and Cat Bumper Stickers

Happy New Year everyone! Most folks I talk to mention they love
the feeling of a brand new year, it gives a sense of a clean slate
and fresh beginnings. I am pleased to be on this journey together
with you and to see what unexpected fabulous things lay in store
for us. Can’t you almost feel it in the air? There is a deep
abiding sense of anticipation that some wonderful things are in
store for us this year, things that are already set in motion. Just
stay open to the possibilities…. Rumors are flying that this is an
extraordinary year of change and opportunity.

1. Knowing What You Want and Getting It – Your 2009 Treasure Map

Each year in January I suggest writing your Treasure Map. (Put pen
to paper and write out the things you wish to experience,
accomplish or acquire in the upcoming year. Any and every category
should be given the attention you wish to give it. There are no
right or wrong answers when writing out your Treasure Map. It is
your Treasure Map for your eyes only.) There is a mystical
alchemical ’something’ that you set in motion when you identify and
write down what you want most.

Think Big, Dream Big. What have you got to lose?

There is the story of Jim Carey who walked up to the Hollywood
Hills and wrote himself a check for 10 million dollars and wrote,
‘for services rendered’ and carried the check around with him long
before he was ever paid that kind of money. Today he is one of the
highest paid entertainers at 20 plus million dollars a movie.

But anyone can apply the principles and there are books and tales
abounding about people who have done this and have had remarkable
stories of success.

“Writing down your dreams and aspirations is like hanging up a sign
that says, “Open for Business.” By writing it down, you declare
yourself in the Game. According to author Henriette Anne Klauser,
author of “Write it Down, Make it Happen.”

Napoleon Hill, author of the timeless book, “Think and Grow Rich”
aspired to the mindset that if you know what you want, you can have
it.

***Here’s the kicker. Remember, what we write comes from the
conscious mind; how we write comes from the subconscious mind.

Find out if WHAT you are writing down is congruent with HOW you
feel way, way, way deep down beneath the surface of conscious
awareness. Did you know that if you are afraid of money or do
not like money you will actually repel it? If you write down you
want to meet your Mr. or Miss Right, but your handwriting reveals
you are bogged down with deep resentments from the past, or you are
too ultra sensitive to be in a healthy partnership………it can cancel
out the very thing you are wanting to attract most into your life.

Find out if what you are writing down in your treasure map is truly
lined up with how you feel and what you believe way deep down.
Release the core block once and for all. This is the year to do
it! Discover if you are truly lined up on all cylinders. Accept my
offer – I’ll be happy to give you a New Year’s Check up.
Get your handwriting analyzed: $29

Are you ready to play full out this year and show up and step up?
And catch the wave?
You know you don’t have to be good to start, but you do have to
start to be good.

And if you are afraid of making a mistake, well maybe you can
entertain this popular notion:
Life’s journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well
preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, exhausted, all used
up, a box of chocolates in one hand and a bottle of champaign in
the other shouting, woo hoo what a ride.”

Well that’s one way to do it.

Here is another. See below:

2, January 10th workshop
This is absolutely one of my most favorite workshops to put on.
Read on….
Did you know that:
“If you plan on being anything less than you are capable of being
you will probably be unhappy all the days of your life.” Abraham
Maslow

Does this strike a chord in you? Would you like this year to be
different?

Then you won’t want to miss this 2 hour workshop called,

“Start Your New Year ‘Write.’ Empower Your New Year’s Resolutions”

This hands-on workshop will make all the difference in the world in
ushering in your bright future as you write your Treasure Map.

No matter how great the challenge, this is a year of extraordinary
opportunities. As it has been said, when everything seems to
break down (and aren’t we witnessing this on a global level?) you
can be certain that something else is breaking through. Maybe
you’re like many people and don’t see anything that looks like a
breakthrough yet. Know that what you are seeking is seeking you.
Hint: The path of break through feels good!

Any one can do this. Experience breakthroughs and exceed your
expectations. Learn 3 ways to anchor your New Years Resolutions.
Enjoy the compelling mediation to help you identify what is most
important to you this year. Now is the time. This seminar will
sky rocket your intentions for 2009.

Big Bonus: Experience the principles of how to use the Law of
Attraction in conjunction with changing your handwriting to
manifest your New Years Resolutions

This workshop is held at For Heaven’s Sake, 4383 Tennyson Street,
Denver,
When: January 10, 2009 7:00-9:00 pm
Price $25
Don’t miss the boat – Call right now: 303-964-9339

3. Favorite Dog and Cat Bumper Stickers

“Let me get this straight, my grandchild is a dog??”

“The dog hair is free.”

“Never underestimate the warmth of a cold nose.”

“Bad to the bone.”

“If you are feeling irritable or grouchy, doggy treats are expected
for putting up with you.”

“The dog loves strangers. Says they taste like chicken.”

“Dogs have masters, cats have staff.”

“Lord make me the person my dog thinks I am.”

“Be ware of the cat and don’t trust the dog either.”

“I work so hard so that my cat can have a better life”.

“It’s the cat’s house, we just pay the mortgage.”

“We got rid of the kids, the cats were allergic.”

This home operates solely for the comfort and convenience of the
“cats.”

“Cats are just tiny women in cheap fur coats.”

“If you don’t talk to your cat about cat-nip, who will?”

And speaking of cats, here is a picture of my 2 fur children; Buddy
and Angel. Buddy is the boy and looks like a baby panther and Angel
is a long haired calico, and her favorite past time is to love everyone.
Believe it or not they are litter mates. (Soul mates
is more like it.)

And one more…….

You’ve heard of the family that prays together stays together……..well apparently the same holds true for the family that ahem…….drinks together. (I’m a little ‘behind’  in my humor.)

Ok, if you love puns you will love what I’m about to announce in the next MAGIC which is coming out in 2 weeks. Just in time for National Handwriting Analysis week. Don’t miss it!

From my household to yours may the upcoming year be the best year
of your life.

Namaste,

Kathi

What Does Your Handwriting Say About You?

October 21, 2008 by thehandwritingexpert

By Kathi McKnight, Graphologist, Written for Tidbits

Dear Kathi,

What can handwriting really tell about a person? And is it really that accurate? Enquiring minds wanna know, ya know. Jim K. Lakewood, CO

Dear Jim,

Excellent question and one I get asked a lot. Graphology or the study of handwriting analysis has been around since the early days of Aristotle. It is used in over 80% of the corporations in Europe for employments screening and used over here in the good ole USA quite a bit too. It’s a just a little more hush-hush.

It has been used by many of the great thinkers, such as Confucius and Carl Jung. It has truly stood the test of time. It can tell so much about a person, however, it’s easier to tell you what it cannot tell you…and there are only four things:

1. It does not predict the future.

2. It does not tell the age of the writer.

3. It does not tell the sex of the writer.

4. It does not tell if they are left handed or right handed. This last one really surprises folks, but it’s true!

Other than that, there are roughly about 5,000 different things that handwriting can tell. From who is an extrovert vs. an introvert to how a person feels about money to what the person’s sex drive is!

Is it accurate? It is amazingly accurate. With confidence I can say that when I give a private analysis, it is over 95% accurate!

Dear Kathi,

I’m fascinated by the concept of handwriting analysis, but my handwriting changes all the time. What does that mean? Am I normal? It makes me doubt the validity of what you say about handwriting analysis. Sandra K. Phoenix, AZ

Dear Sandra K,

Yes Sandra, chances are good you are probably utterly and completely normal. That is unless the slant to your handwriting varies intensely and within the same words. That is a sign of schizophrenia.

However, all of our writing changes, all the time! It will change with our moods, if we are in hurry, or if writing grocery list vs. writing a letter. But the core strokes, the key elemental factors that are seen through the eyes of a trained graphologist, do not change- strokes that most folks aren’t even aware of.

For instance, did you know that the letter t all by itself has over 30 different meanings depending on how it is written? That’s why they say, your little t’s tell tall tales!

Analyzing Left-Handed Writting

October 21, 2008 by thehandwritingexpert

By Kathi McKnight, Graphologist, Written for TidBits

Dear Kathi,

I’m a left-handed writer; does that influence what you can tell about my handwriting?

“Lefty” in Indianapolis Indiana

Dear “Lefty,”

Did you know you have something in common with the two presidential candidates? Both Barak Obama and John McCain are left-handed. In fact, four of the last five presidents were/are left handed; Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton. George W. Bush is right-handed.

Whether you are right or left-handed, the same information is revealed in your handwriting. Why? Because it is the brain, not the hand that determines the hand with which you write. That is why handwriting is often called brain writing.

Nerve impulses travel from the brain, down the arm, through the hand, out the fingers, and the deep-seated emotional beliefs and authentic thinking patterns get driven out of the pen and deposited on paper. What the writer puts on the paper reflects emotional and belief patterns that are held inside at a very deep level.

The graphologist reads between the lines and decodes them to tell incredible insights even if all the writer did was to write the Pledge of Allegiance.

I was first introduced to this subject when, at a very young age, my father took me to an adult education class in handwriting analysis. You could always count on him to be a bit of a rebel and to bring a warm hearted goofy sense of humor to things. I remember him telling the story of submitting a paper to the instructor, deliberately trying to disguise the handwriting by writing it with his left hand.

The instructor brought it to the attention of the class, not knowing whose paper it was, and said, “Whoever has tried to fool me with their writing by writing it left handed, don’t bother. I know the writer is not left handed!” I remember him giggling about getting “busted” on this, like a school boy who had just got caught dipping the little brunette’s braids in the ink bottle (not that either he or I are that old). But the point was driven home that handwriting never ever lies.

So the long answer to your question, Mr. Lefty, is not to worry. A certified graphologist can tell every bit as much from your left-handed writing as she can from your right-handed writing. She can tell if you have an undeveloped latent creative talent that is lying dormant or she can describe your relationship with your parents. She can tell if you live by the golden rule or she can describe your sex drive by how you write.

This discussion naturally leads into the slant of the writing and what it reveals. Stay tuned next week, where I’ll give you my ‘slant’ on it.

Until then,

Mind your p’s and q’s.

Single? Dating? Find your right mate or date by their handwriting!

July 24, 2008 by thehandwritingexpert

Hi Everyone!

I’m finally getting the hang of this blogging process and now get what the buzz is all about. It’s a wonderful way to connect with more people out there.

Why just a few days ago I was contacted by Nerve.com an online journal for singles and they asked me to do a column for singles with advice from a handwriting expert. I’m very excited about the results and they will be published sometime next month in August.

If you want to find out more, please go to my website, www.TheHandwritingexpert.com and sign up for my free online Newsletter, MAGIC. The next issue will announce when the column comes out.

My next newsletter will also feature time I spent with Louise Hay at the big Book Expo out in Los Angeles earlier this summer. What a fantastic fantastic trip. I loved the ocean (here in Colorado we have our own paradise with the mountains and climate…..but I dearly love those negative ions and the rhythm of the tides as they ebb and flow Mmmmmmm)

How about you? Where do you hail from? What do you love about where you live? Where would you like to move to? Let me hear from you.

My most exciting news of all was that I did in fact GET AN AGENT for my upcoming book, Rate Your Date Before You Mate! So I want YOUR Input. If you are shopping for true love and if you could glean whatever it is that is your hearts strongest desire.……….what would you want to know about your potential mate or date?

If you could find out from their handwriting (there is an excellent chance that you can) I just want to know what is most important in YOUR list.

Til we meet again…..

Enjoy you sum-sum-Summertime. In doing so, you just might lose the right to sing da blues..

The power of Letting Go

June 26, 2008 by thehandwritingexpert

I visited a friend’s blog today and she was sharing, in essence, that she has “built it now they will come.”

The feeling was she has done all she can do for now, and rather than fret and stew about getting clients, she

felt inclined to let go and allow the process.

I felt good just reading her blog. I think when we let go, get out of our own way, stop gnawing a thing to death and just relax and let go, we open up to bigger possibilities.

Years ago (in a former life, :) when I was a fairly new massage therapist building my business, I got scared. I didn’t know how I was going to pay the bills that month. I fretted and worried til I filled my quota with all that and then a still small voice inside said, “go to the beach.” I thought, what? For one thing, I don’t live near a beach but hmm there is a pool in my complex…………again this wise little voice echoed, “go to the beach.” So after another decent quotient of resisting and arguing with myself that I couldn’t take time off I had to work harder…….I gave in to the still small voice.
Slathering on some sunscreen, I grabbed my big bright beach towel and headed out to the pool

It was so nice to just chill out and relax and forget about figuring everything out.

I trusted this process and it took 3 whole days……but on the 3rd day, inspiration HIT!!

I came up with an idea that was so win-win for my clients and myself I couldn’t help but succeed and enter

into a new state of abundance. And I did. And one thing led to another. Soon after that the owner of a health club came to me as a client and said, I’d like you to come work at my health club, we need someone just like you with your kind of entrepreneurial spirit. Needless to say I did that too and ended up running a whole program, teaching couples massage classes and overseeing interns.

I’d never done anything like that before, but it’s fascinating how I still have to bump up against the tendency that I have to figure everything out all myself, all the time. When my best problem solving has always come when I ‘go to the beach.’

The point is, to tie this into graphology, handwriting reveals when we are fighting our best selves, our best instincts and getting in our own way. It can reveal the subconscious blocks that clog up our inner genius from having free access to us. It’s another magical tool to open our eyes to get conscious and to know what we need to do, or NOT do next.

Sometimes BEING is the most potent thing we can do. Our society puts so much value on being productive. What is your down time worth to you? We can really nurture our souls when we go to ‘the beach’ and then we have so much more to bring back to the real world, and to ourselves.

So I’m off to the beach and I’ll see you real soon!

Namaste,

Kathi

Let Me Tell You About the Magic of Handwriting Analysis

June 16, 2008 by thehandwritingexpert

Hi,

I’m new to blogging but not to handwriting analysis!

Let me introduce myself and share things about this wonderful ancient science that has truly stood the test of time.

My name is Kathi and I became a master certified graphologist in 1991. I am the current owner and President of the Rocky Mountain Graphology Assn and recently encountered a lot of press.

We will get into juicy information so you can see how handwriting analysis applies to your OWN life.

But first if you’d like to see my recent interview on FOX TV analyzing the Presidential candidate’s handwritings, you can copy and past this url: www.KathiMcKnight.com/fox31_interview.htm

There was also a full page written up about me one of Denver’s premier newspapers, the Rocky Mountain News, you can copy and past this url into your browser to read it now. http://www.rockymountainnews.com/news/2008/feb/22/pen-and-inklings-on-presidential-hopefuls/

Next post will show you what I saw in Jennifer Aniston’s handwriting.

But if you want to know more, I invite you to visit my website at www.TheHandwritingExpert.com You can sign up for your very own free weekly tips there. They are very popular and in high demand! (not kidding)

I’ve been analyzing handwriting since 1991 and have privately consulted with thousands of people. I love to empower people to know how to change their writing (tweak specific strokes that are discovered in a private session that reveals and area of dis empowerment. And change them slightly to really begin to change your life, not who you are, but to be free to be more of who you are and really begin to attract your dreams to you.)

**Here’s the thing- we ALL have “good and ungood” traits in our handwriting. So not to worry and welcome to the human race.

Whether you are a perfectionist (revealed in the baseline)and put stress on yourself that-a-way, or you are procrastinating on something important (shows in the letter t), or you are giving your power away to something that doesn’t really serve you (the letter s really tells that one)…………..there are ways to have your handwriting looked at by someone who really knows their bees wax. And you can get all your ducks in a row to live the best life that you can and deserve to live!

Til then, just keep in mind…we all learned how to write exactly the same, and yet no 2 people write alike.

Why is that? Because handwriting is brain writing. Your arm and pen or pencil are just tools to reflect and reveal what is going on deep inside of you.

I’m excited to try out this new blogging experience. I’m sure many of you are way more experienced at it than I am.

So here’s to you (and I’m making a special offer if interested, see below)

Kathi

P.S. Sometimes people just are so curious to know what their handwriting sez and aren’t ready to get into a full blown session. I’m offering a pretty juicy mini session only for my new bloggers. To find out more, shoot an email to Kathi@KathiMcKnight.com and type, I’m interested in your BLOG SPECIAL. Be sure to include your name and I’ll send you the scoop. Do you write like Obama? LIke Hillary or like Donald Trump? Its easy to find out. :)
