As the holidays approach they bring the expected hustle and bustle of commercialism, stress and a longer than normal to-do list.
Yet in the midst of all of this, there is a fire burning in people - the new buzz phrase seems to be “discover your life purpose”. So many feel uncomfortably called out of their comfort zone to step up to the plate and be who they were meant to be and do what their soul has always called them to do!
So I was asked to speak at Conscious Conversations Community in Denver Colorado on December 6th and was also invited to contribute an article. I thought it quite timely to address this and the article is called, You Are The Gift

At the time of this writing, it is a golden day in Colorado; early November, sunny and 70 degrees. Gazing out my office window I see hints of burnt yellow fading into the crunchy brown dead leaves. Most of them are yearning for the tree limbs to let them go so life may move on into the next season and the next cycle of life. A few linger and appear to whisper, “not yet, one more breath please, I’m not ready to go”…..the rest seem to ache for the next gust of wind to release them to their destiny. The weatherman says to expect snow tomorrow….it’s as if they know……
The way is already prepared, Mother Nature has seen to that, through her rhythms of death and rebirth. Trust the letting go process, embrace the unknown and even celebrate it.
Listen to your soul’s whisperings, for they will unveil your true path. If you must be afraid, then be more afraid of regret than failure.

Don’t hold yourself back. You were born to manifest your purpose and you are uniquely equipped to do so. Express your gift in the way that only you can do best. Confusion is just a smokescreen to not wanting to see what you already know.

Slide into the serenity of stillness………Allow the quiet to embrace you with her loving arms.
Call in the unlimited safety that belongs to you. In the softness of silence, you will awaken to the knowing that you came in, hardwired at a cellular level to know what your next step is to get where your heart is leading you to go.

I can write an essay on quotes alone it would seem…(smile)……but the rest is all authentically mine.
